Well after almost two months of lurking, I thought I would introduce myself and then head over to the enclosure forum for my first question. I got my first russian about one month ago. I had wanted one for almost a year and spent that time researching and trying to make up my mind what I wanted. So far, I am pleased with my decision. It has been a real pleasure having the little guy, although could just as easily be a girl, so far. He/she is only about 1.75 inches so far and is doing great. I live in the Southwest part of the state and look forward to continuing to learn about tortoises as time passes. I also have 2 RES and have had them about a year and a half. Anyway, thanks for having me and for all that I have gained from each of you thus far.
