Hello,

I have recently upgraded my tortoise incubator to a Exo Terra Thermoelectric Reptile Egg Incubator, i was wondering if anyone has used this? and also i was wondering does anyone use a humidity and temperature gauge along with it?

David.

Mine comes with a temp and humidity gauge, which should always be used in order to know if the incubator is actually getting temps and humidity to where they should be and holding. Always good to use a second one too, to know if they are reading the same.

Mine has one already built in but I was trying to find a decent second gauge to use? Do you know of any?

I bought 6 cheapy thermometers like what you hang on the side of the house and left them sitting on the kitchen table. If they all registered the same temp I assumed they were accurate and put one inside the incubator. My Zoo Med Reptibator consistently registers three or four degrees hotter than the cheapy thermometers.
