Hello,

My name is Brian. I live in Utah and my wife and I recently purchased a baby Sulcata. We are both new to the hobby. We have had "Sheldon" for about two weeks now. So far he seems to be doing well. We keep him inside all the time right now as it is snowy. I am in the process of designing a tortoise table for him (I'm assuming it is a he).

Welcome! Feel free to refer to me if you have any questions! I also just built my own tortoise table, it came out quite nicely.

Hello and welcome. I find it very difficult to maintain the necessary conditions for a baby sulcata in an open tortoise table. Have you looked into other options?

WELCOME :D Please read the threads at the bottom of this post, by my signature. It is valuable info for raising a smooth healthy sulcata.

Welcome to the Forum!

So you got yourself a Baby Dinosaure huh? Any idea how big it's gonna get? If your thinking "big"... Think again... try "REAL BIG"!

In Rebeccas (BrinnandGupta) pic, that little guy is only 4 years old. WalkingRock is 11 and 80LBS (bottom of post)... "Bob" (Maggie3fan) is 14 and in the area of 125 lbs (is that right Maggie?).

one of the links in BrinnandGumptas post is called "The Sulcata Challange"... READ THIS LINK 1st!
