I'm building a new enclosure for my MEPs. About 25 foot by 35 foot square. My MEPs are only about 8 pounds so I hope it's big enough. ThereIMG_20171225_145809.jpg are some trees that have Vines growing up them. I'm worried about the vines though. I want to keep them but I'm not sure if they are harmful to tortoises? Anyone know?

Those are Pothos. They're high in oxalates, but otherwise not outwardly toxic. I have them in my backyard. One of my leos will nibble from time to time, but never gorges. The others leave it alone. I like the look of it personally. I'd leave it and see if it becomes an issue, and make a decision from there. They don't readily drop leaves, and you could trim back any leaves around the base of the tree where the torts could get to them and leave the rest for aesthetics and shade.

Finally done! Had to reinforce the bottom of the fences all the way around with rocks and bricks but now finished. These are picks of fencing done and area cleared. Of course this is Florida so it's TOTALLY overgrown now and I need to get in there and pull weeds and air potato vines....I can't even walk. Heck when Simon and Helga come running for food they get hung up in the weeds! I'll get more current pics soon. I still need my concrete pond and my mister set up....

I just realized that my maps are going to be 4 years old soon, like in a couple weeks! I went outside and fed him last night and decided to measure them using a stick off the ground when I took the stick inside and measured the stick.... THEY ARE 12 IN LONG... My babies are growing up

Very nice enclosure! And it sounds like you need to add a male map!

Hopefully I have females. Found someone who has another 12 inch for sale but he wants $2200 and I don't have it right now :'(

Oh! I said maps earlier. My voice activated texting is to blame....
