We get a lot of drop offs of unwanted tortoises at our place. Usually sulcatas and misc. turtles. We have also gotten several redfoots, and one golden greek. I rehome them as soon as possible. This pen will mostly be used to keep these drop offs until I get them relocated to new places.

Down here in Florida many people buy little sulcatas and keep them in a glass tank. When they grow they have no place to keep them, So we promote to all we know that we will take any unwanted tortoise and rehome them. We have gotten several very large males, however mostly ones that are found loose or folks just do not want them anymore. The economy down here does not help either. Anyway this little pen will be used for housing them if I need to hold them for several days.
