New substrate

Hi all...I got a new substrate today and it's a mix of sterilised too soil, sand and limestone. Tort seems very happy (although very dirty) but my vivarium has condensation on the glass. Is this ok? It seems to have much more moisture in the air which is what I needed.

I'm not sure about the substrate, but it is fine that there is moisture on the glass, means humidity is good. Just make sure your temps do not go below 80.
