new sulcata

This one came in yesterday. She's 5 years old, 9lbs, and is "getting too big." The owner is pregnant and doesn't want to have to mess with setting up an indoor habitat for the winter any more. The "tortoise room" is going to be the baby's nursery.

I've already found her a home.

Yeah, she was put in the bedroom and was never messed with. Just tossed food occasionally. Then during the summer she was put outside and not even tossed food to. But the people who have adopted her have two kids, 8 and 3, and she will be getting quite a bit of attention. So she'll turn into a "sulcata" real soon! :D
