New tortoise Enclosure?

Hi guys, just a small thing. I have a two year old Hermann tortoise and am making a new table for her.(custom made). It will be approximately 6 foot by 3foot. Will that be big enough for when she is an adult, or close enough.

In my opinion: No. Twice as big would be ok as a temporary home (if the tortoise is living outside most of the year), but I wouldn't go any smaller.
