Her back end looks fat to me. Almost like she was fed too much or lots of fatty foods. Either way, I believe it is a girl.
Oh okay. I guess I thought that she was too skinny because those are just full just skin with no fat in them. It's the same thing on the front legs. I am researching what food she needs. Somebody said the curly toenails are a sign of poor nutrition, what do they mean, too much protein, two little protein, etc.? I wish I knew something about her background but I don't so I can just take it from here and try to improve her health.

It's a female. Curly toes are first a sign that her former environment had nothing that would naturally wear them down. Same with her beak. Odds are she was feed all totally soft food and kept in a really really small area
