I got this turtle from a friend. I am kind new to owning a turtle. I had a red eared slider years ago. Does anyone know what kind these two are?

The tortoise is a sulcata and the other is a three-toed box turtle by the looks
From my research the back legs would have the "3 toes" right?

Yes the "three-toed" is named as such because of the back feet.
