Now all I ask is that you keep posting progress reports and keep mentioning where you got the tortoise and how it was started. More people need to know that simply starting them well hydrated, as Lance does, makes ALL the difference in the world.

I hope your family has many happy decades with your new family member. Take lots of pics so your son can show his great grand kids what Shorty used to look like back in "the old days"!

Congratulations!! My guy is also from @Lancecham Tuleo will be 2 in a week and half and we have had him since he was five weeks old. Yea!! We are all related!

Getting the baby from the right source makes all the difference. Those first few days and weeks right after hatchling are unbelievably critical and the things that are done, or not done, make a HUGE difference later on. Lance does it right.

We have another member named Austin who does it right too. @Arizona Sulcata . I don't see him on the forum much anymore, but he might still be selling some babies. If Lance doesn't have what you need right now, Austin would be my next place to check.
