Does anyone use a dog house and if so what kind and how do u heat it in the winter

You would have to insulate it. Also, unless you have mild winters, it would be too small for any tort to have to live in for a few days or months.

Also would be harder to heat because of its smaller design. Take a look at Toms night boxes. A better idea.
