i have this stuff all over and hoping someone can identify if this is safe for our Hermanns. Any ideas please let me know.

It's plantain; very safe and excellent tortoise food.

Also, in that first picture you've got a wild violet or some other edible plant. The smaller plant with the heart-shaped leaves.

I'm not positive of what it is, so let's see what others have to say.
