my red eared slider, male, around 10+ years old was very active and would eat a lot. but last year started to sneeze a few times than after that didn't anymore. and recently it started to not be as active as before and would eat lesser. sometimes I would see it not move at all like it is sleeping. and today I found it dead, the tank water was redish brown. when clearing out the water, I found some organ like things and was wondering how, so I came here to get some understanding from you guys.
I understand that the death might be caused by pnuneoma but I want to know why there are organ like things found outside of him
(picture not clear due to potato camera)

Sorry for your loss.

The pictures are not very clear as you said, but as nearly as I can tell, the things you found look like some type of parasites. My initial guess would be liver flukes, but I am not certain of this. Your best bet would be to take them to a vet and have them properly identified. You could also have a necropsy done on the dead turtle to determine the actual cause of its death.

I searched up liver flukes and it is said to be caused by parasites but as my turtle is house kept I'm not sure how it might happen or how it came out of him. I don't think mosquitos larvae would consider as parasite if eaten right? I do try to remove as much larvae as I can before his regular tank refresh.
its been a few days since his death so I don't have his body anymore since it's been sent for cremation to a better place but before sending I didn't really see any injuries on him apart from his chin and underside being abit red which could be due to his swimming against the tank floor.

Mosquito larvae are not parasites and would have nothing to do with flukes.
