Okay size?

Hiya again! So I was just doing some measurements for my indoor enclousure (Percy will be getting an outdoor space for the sunny days) and I was wondering if 11" x 12" was big enough for indoors as that's the only space I could find that would be safe and that's how big it could be?

I am having my dad build me an enclosure, with high walls of course!
I read somewhere the minimum would be 8 x 4" but I just want to check if mine would be okay thanks!

No tort should be limited to 11" x 12".

If you mean 11 feet by 12 feet, then that's an absolutely splendid size.
If you mean inches, then absolutely no way, the tortoise would be deeply miserable, become ill and probably die.
