olivers moving outside

the time has come to where Oliver is too big for his indoor enclosure. (bittersweet time for my mother and I , as he is not her grand tortoise).I'm planning to get the Kane heat matt.what wattage would you guys recommend? the outside house is 45 1/2X40 in. insulated heat box.

I don't know about the Kane brand, but my Stansfield pads are all the same wattage. You control their temperature with a rheostat. And my rheostats are capable of handling 600 watts.
