I bring my little guy outside for at least an hour a day and he walks the whole yard in search of clovers. He will not eat anything else. Is this normal behavior?

Yeah I’d start picking safe weeds and grass and adding it to his indoor fair. He may not recognize the other stuff as food yet if he’s young.
I agree, eating just clover or one thing is never good. If you start adding new things finely mixed into his other foods including the clover he will start to eat the other stuff. Then slowly eliminate the clover while feeding inside. Hopefully when he is out he will start to graze on all that's available.
