Opinions on enclosure

Just would like to know if I have a correct set up for a redfoot and leopard. Would like to duplicate wat i have

I'd suggest going with an fully enclosed enclosure, it's much easier to maintain the correct humidity and temperature ranges. For hatchlings you want to maintain higher humidity to keep them from dehydrating and pyramiding. Lots of folks keep humidity as high as 90% with young tortoises, if you go that high make sure your ambient temprature doesn't drop below 80 day or night.

awesome. thank you for the feedback. the humidity is pretty stable during the day and at night it drops to about 50-60. during the day it stays usually steady at about 70-80. the basking heating area is at a steady 97-100 degrees and the cool area behind the plants is 80-82. i have a che bulb for the nights, i was running tests before i acquired my little dude to balance my temps. currently the redfoot has hid on the other side of the hideout in the shade which now raises the question is it too hot on the basking side or did i do it right that they move around the tank to cool off. its my first day with them.
