Hi I have a Russian tortoise and he is such a picky eater, he LOVES Kale. I’ve noticed anything with frill. What else could I feed him like this? I want to give him variety.

As long as the "variety" are other appropriate foods for your Russian...Offer them and far less Kale.
A healthy tortoise WILL GIVE IN and eat other things before he starves to death.
Trust me.
Picky eating can be cured
You can also chop up the better foods tiny, along with some kale. Spritz with water so they stick together. As he gets used to eating all the different ingredients, start adding less kale and more of the other stuff.
