Only in February when they need a boost at the end of the winter. Those little naked red dead critters make me sad, and keeping them in the freezer seems unsavory. They're expensive, too.

From what I understand, feeding fuzzies or hoppers is better because they're lower in fat?

Fuzzies are just a bit bigger than pinkies and Hoppers are just a bit bigger than fuzzies. The fat content is higher in Fuzzies and Hoppers than they are in Pinkies. I've done the pinkies before just curious on if anyone else uses them periodically.

Hm. Good to know. I had read in different places that pinkies were higher in fat, but like many sources, it could have been wrong.

They're said to be an excellent source of nutrition, for turtles, and beardies that are a bit malnurioushed especially. I guess if I did, they'd need to be prekilled/frozen for me. Else can't help but be a bit disturbed.

Oh I would neeeeeveeeeer do live. Even when I had snakes, I never did live. I wouldn't be able to; I love mice and rats etc too much.
