I want to plant seeds for plants that I can put in Blue’s enclosure ( my Redfoot ). I would like to know if this kind of plant mix is ok? I’ve been looking and a lot of seeds are labeled with different names or breeds with the actual name. So does it matter what breed of plant if the plant is on the list like in pic #2?

Hello!
I don't think that cultivars (breeds) matter a lot for ornamental plants, however it's possible that chemical composition is different to some extent (like with chilly peppers :) ).

Both plants are safe for tortoises. Coleus isn't among my redfoot's favourites: it has strong scent (as many other plants of this family like basil, mint or rosemary). Also, growing it indoors is a bit challenging: it's relatively high growing and, when pruned, gives twice more branches.
