I am about to order plants for a Russian tortoise but I had a bunch of questions.

1. What kind of dirt can I plant the plants in will coconut coir work? I plan on buying some coconut coir for my tortoise's enclosure because I'm redoing everything for her because I don't think her enclosure was very good. Sorry back to the topic
2. Where can I buy “spider plants” and how do I know they're safe?
3. Where could I buy safe “pothos” for my tortoise?
4. What other plants are Russian tortoises able to safely have in their enclosure?
5. Is there any other advice you think I should know that I haven't asked?

Thank you so much for your time whoever helps or even reads this. I really hope to make my tortoise very happy.

plants need to be taken down to the bareroot and then planted in safe soil (coir (plain or mixed with plain topsoil) plain topsoil or dirt from your yard if chemical-free, manure-free and additive-free, and no sand)
let the plant grow and feed only new growth after 6-8 months
the Tortoise Table in the UK is great to check what you can feed or not - be sure to click and read the whole thing as it is not just for Russians - which are NOT a fruit eating species
great FB group for Russians, Hermanns, Greeks
