plants/ grass?

These plants/ grass came in the pot of hibiscus i purchased and i have no idea what they are. would they be safe for tortoise to feed on?

The grass would be ok but I don't know what the plant is. If it were me, I'd re-pot it and see what it develops into.

Where did you purchase the plant?
Because of the use of systemic pesticides and other unsafe chemicals in garden centers It is recommended that you do not feed any of them to your tort for a minimum of six months (some say a year) and that is after changing out the dirt. That said, the grass looks like it could be crab grass which would be safe. The plants I am unsure about.

already re-pot them for almost 1 month or so, it just grew more leaves. nothing elseo_O.
wont be feeding the plant to them until knowing its safe for them.
