Plumeria flowers as good?

I've seen yes, I've seen be careful, but never a no.

I have a lot of these flowers this time of year and would love to feed them if they are safe.

So....are they safe??? There will be no sap anywhere near these flowers and certainly nothing sprayed on them.

This is however highlighting my issue. That site like every other I can find only references the tree sap. The flowers have no sap and therefore have none of this negative effect.

The tree is not near the tortoises, but I can bring the flowers in. Any reference to the safety of the flowers themselves?
