Possible Relocation for my baby Russian

My living and financial situation has changed since I got my baby Russian and I no longer have as much room and funds for him as I would have liked to. I don't have to relocate but if there is someone near me or willing to travel to me that could provide better for him, I would. I'm located near Virginia Beach, Virginia. Frankie is four months old today so I still don't know the sex. Any suggestions or help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi! I would love to take care of your baby Russian tortoise. I already have one male with me and he's doing great! He would get daily soaks and get fed twice a day. I take would them outside a lot so they can get exercise. I live in NY so we are pretty close. Can u ship him or her to me? I would love to adopt him. How much would it cost?
