Possible shell issues?

I got Izzy a week ago and was wondering if these "dents" in her shell were an issue.

No. That all happened when the tortoise was a very tiny baby.

Will it ever grow out and be smooth? Or is it something I should worry about?

No, its nothing to worry about and it will always look like that.

Such shapes in the shell are not an issue, they occur naturally and don't look either like pyramiding.
Nothing to worry about.
