Possible Shell Rot ?

Hello all , I rescued this Russian tortoise from Craigslist the other day and wanted to make sure this is shell rot . if so i have the provodine, and the
Antifungal cream to start treatment , ....he/she was living in a 40 Gallon fish aquarium , that only had soaking wet coco fiber as substrate. thanks in advance

It sure looks like some shell rot or just fungus. I would treat it as shell rot .

in the first pic, it has a long tail i believe, so i'd say you got yourself a he it kind of looks like a fungus or shell rot so I would go ahead and treat it
