Every time I try to post on someone's thread, after I have already posted on a thread, I get a message that I am trying to post to quickly and I have to wait so many seconds. I used to get this once in a great while. Now I get it every time.
I switched to AT&T U-Verse internet, tv and phone last month and it really sucks. Nothing but problems. Trying to figure out if its them or a problem with this site. Anyone have the same issues?

I have always had this since I first started on the site. I believe it's just a forum thing where you have to wait 30 seconds before posting again.

It might not be the same for moderators, but I don't have that problem, and sometimes my posts are just one word then on to the next one.

It used to happen once in a while. I know as CourtneyAndCarl posted that there is a 30 second time between post, but it happens every time now and I'm not a speed reader. Maybe my typing on the iPad is getting better, it just doesn't seem like I'm doing it that fast. Thanks. I will be getting rid of U-Verse soon, maybe I will wait and see if it still does it after that.

Yep, U-Verse is part of AT&T. Switched from the olden days AT&T dsl to the uverse and it really sucks. I didn't have the problem with the olden days AT&T dsl. It probably is the uverse:( Can't wait to get out of it.

So, just to clarify, some of you are experiencing a warning about posting within 30 seconds of your last post even though is has clearly been minutes or longer?

Ditto. It has always been like that for me. I think it makes sure that one person isn't just Posting, Posting, Posting on everything. It sort of paces you.

I ONLY see this warning if I am trying to make another posting within the 30 seconds. I have never experienced this "30 second warning" outside of the stated time frame.

Mine is more then 30 seconds. The other day, it said I had to wait another 32 seconds. Not sure how long mine is, but more then the 30 and more then it used to be.
