Pyramiding? Hows my shell?

I have reoccurring nightmares of a poorly pyramided tortoise. In the last week I’ve noticed his shell is seeming less smooth than it was previously. He had been receiving less soaks since I returned to work but now my anxiety will ensure he gets more soaks regardless of my schedule. He is on antibiotics that he receives every 3 days for an RI.
Here are photos of his current enclosure (today is cleaning and new substrate day!) and he is having a new 4x6 being built.
I have two heat lamps shown (his basking spot is usually over 90, I had the doors open a little while taking photos so temps went down)
I don’t use the stuck on thermometers, I use the digital ones in the enclosure.
I’m using an arcadia T5 light in a sunblaster T5 reflector hood that’s screwed inside the enclosure lid as I have tested them for accuracy. 3719B50B-6BDF-4F5A-9F19-4159AFAD0F48.jpegED2523B7-B904-4DBF-8719-B0F5F44FE944.jpegD193D957-33E3-463A-9BDC-D2C6C6D5A7BD.jpegA0B452C4-CE00-447F-A0A3-9907A55DA3EE.jpegDD4C08E1-A226-4966-8826-C9597D3B3A76.jpegB415A3AA-E1F4-423B-9CC1-2CDD7505BD3B.jpegF074196C-E2D1-4E10-B301-77C1DFF0029E.jpeg2AC6B8AA-CF0F-4A0D-9ED4-4BD6E2048DA3.jpeg2DCFDFD1-181E-44B4-8D55-8EB2837EE737.jpeg73FBE00B-B650-4D64-9165-CE820CFECD28.jpeg7AC488B5-7389-4CEB-B224-D2A37A7B6264.jpegAEE108AD-6003-4542-A842-C9B26312526C.jpeg
He eats a mixture of kale, dandelion, chicory, with soaked pellets(can’t get mazuri where I live, anyone know where I can find it?), red peppers and flower topppers. I plan to start a garden for him in the summer to offer a wider variety of weeds.
Any suggestions and advice are appreciated!

All my text got mixed up and I don’t know how to edit this so I hope you can make sense of it
