Ow can you tell when a tortoise shell is pyramiding ??? And what does it look like ??

Most species should be completely smooth with no bumps (pyramids). Theres only a couple of species that have any sort of natural pyramiding.

I am guessing you keep redfoot(s) so heres a pic of an adult with pyramiding.

Thank you so much I have a horrible feeling mango has Pyramids how can u stop it ? Or how can you prevent it ??? :O

Whats done is done really. But what you can do is raise your humidity in your enclosure and do soaks twice a day in lukewarm water. Spray his/her shell directly and constantly with a squirt bottle throughout the day with warm water.
