Do sulcatas like to be petted on their shell? Can they feel anything besides the pressure? Oogway will come running when he sees me but i think it is just because he associates me with food.

RE: question

Some like to be petted. Not all. Just like when they will rub themselves against a rock or stick. Not sure why or what they feel.

I try to put the sensation they might feel in terms as human as possible. Touch your fingernail. That is probably the closest we can come to the same sensation. Their shells are essentially their bones. Their spine and a large blood supply as well as nerves are in there. Not all like it but they can all feel it.
