I have a 2 year old leopard that is 6 1/2 inches, and 2lbs 5oz. I'm just curious if this sounds correct, or if its to small or big for his age?

As of 3/10/13 my leopard was two years old and was 2 lb.1 3/4 oz 7 inches. They can all vary, but yours is really close to mine. I think mine is perfect, so ya, yours is doing just fine:D

At 7 months mine was 4 3/8" and and 266 grams. About to turn 8 in 5 days.

I love seeing the comparisons. Amazing how they can vary so greatly.

I've always thought yours was big. Mine has these measurements (close to) at 12months old...

I love yours. Almost looks red.

I often wonder if the growth in mine is due to the fact that she sleeps so much, and over a heat mat. I've heard that animals/organisms in general grow when they sleep. Say today, for instance, she was in bed by 2pm so I covered the other half of the enclosure and turned off the lights as normal. I know when she's done. I've made posts about what time mine beds down and just about everyone else says theirs does much later.

My male Spp, Hrothgar, is 30 mos old, 13 1/4"scl and 14 pounds.

Wow at 30 months old that is crazy! Is he kept outdoors all the time now?

Curious at what age or size are you keeping your Leopards kept outside all the time? It's awesome to see what other sizes your Leopards are.

I weighed him weekly for about the first 12 mos, then monthly, but the papers got wet, and I threw them. I never had an instance when he didn't gain though. I'm in Ohio, so he's in the basement 1/2 the year, unfortunately.
