Hello! What’s the recommended enclosure size for a 2 yo Greek Tortoise? It’s pretty small right now so I want to build him a new one that’s the right size for him. He’s around 3 in wide if that matters.. Also, should I use a 2 in 1 light bulb with UVB and heat, or should I get one of each? If a UVB tube how much UV output? 5.0, 10.0?? Should the basking light be red or white or does it matter? Thank you :)

Welcome to the forum!
An adult Greek needs a minimum enclosure size of 8x4 feet, and your tortoise is likely big enough to move to an enclosure that size.

I personally prefer using a separate uvb and heat lamp. For the heat lamp, use a 75 watt philips flood bulb(says BR30 on the box), and for the uvb, use a 10.0 tube in a T8 or T5 bulb.

Only use white basking lights. Red ones should not be used, because they can see both the color and the light and it makes some tortoises eat their substrate.
