Questions about sulcata shells

Hi everybody! I have a 1 and a half year old sulcata and I was wondering what their shell is supposed to look like? I can notice a bit of ‘bumpiness’ in the middle of his scutes but I’m not sure if it’s normal or not. Here is a picture of his shell:

He is starting to pyramid. No it not supposed to look like that.

Do you soak him ?
What his enclosure looks like?
Diet ?

Post some pictures of the enclosure.
It can’t be reversed but it can be stopped.

Thank you for your reply. His diet consists of Mazuri pellets and kale leaves. I soak him more often now, around twice a week.
