R.I.P Tiny The turtle

Today I came home from an eventful day at school and I found that one of my babies had passed away. We are all very sad and it had hit my little sister pretty hard because she was the one who named her. I changed out the water just in case she had something that could effect my other turtle, is there anything else i should do to prevent that? Okay thanks!

Just incase you wanted to see, dude ( the turtle in the aquarium) will be moved into a 20 gallon as soon as I get a bigger aquarium for my red eared sliders, which I will be getting around April.

It was lower but my turtles wouldn't bask and they had their eyes closed all the time, so I figured it was either too hot/ bright

I'm not sure what brand, it's a 70 watt and it came with the 10 gallon turtle kit I bought, I'll try to figure it out.

This is the tank I got, and I was wrong it's a 60 watts
