What we do with all young tortoises is keep a weight chart to ensure they are gaining. As long as they are active, eating, pooping, and gaining weight things are good.

I have yearlings that range from 125 grams to 350 grams. Weight gains have been from 5 grams to 100 grams over a 3 month period. The biggest thing to look out for is weight loss...especially if it continues to decline.
