Record Keeping software - excel spreadsheet

Hello.
Before I make an excel record keeping sheet does anyone have or know of a sheet already made, or a program I can use.
I have been using a tortoise record keeping app, but I now have 6 tortoises and its a bit fiddly to use. also I wish to keep tracking numbers and cities numbers.

If you look at other stuff, I'd be interested in hearing about it, or seeing what you use... I'm always looking for ways to improve my caretaking and record-keeping.
