Red foot locality?

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could tell me something about the type of my red foot Pixel? He is bred in the Netherlands, but I'm curious whether it's possible to see what region his (grand)parents came from!

Also, he's 10 cm (around 4 inches), anybody dare to take a guess on Pixels sex?

I think he/she is too young to sex, they all initially look female until proven otherwise. Not sure about the locality, in my not very expert opinion, I'm going to say that tortoise looks like he's a northerner. Sorry for not being very helpful!

Looks quite similar to my Columbian but older and a bit darker. But I am no expert.
