Hi,

I got my tortoise a few weeks ago and I noticed his eyes were watery. I’ve been feeding him greens and fruit with calcium. Fruit being once every two weeks.

He is dragging his front leg and neck is very dropped. I have UVB light and another for basking. He has one side that has shade and a part where he can hide.

It does not want to eat or drink water. I did notice some dents on top of his shell. Just two. He had one small when I first got him but now the other is near his back side end. Tiny.

Enclosure too small for his size. Do not use red light and do not use hay for substrate. They need a high humidity 80%
He also needs protein in his diet.
What type of bulbs are you using besides the red one and what are you using for night heat?

Yes. Please get us photos of what you're using.
I'm suspicious of MBD from lack of a proper UVB source. Incorrect diet and lack of humidity from the wrong lighting and substrate.
Wattery eyes are from overheating and lack of humidity.
I don't see much in these photos. But I'm sorry to say that what I do see is all wrong.
Let's get this sorted before it's too late.
(Hopefully it isn't)

Hi Please stay with us and let us help you to try and save your little tortoise. Do everything that especially Zeropilot is advising you to do. That pet shop has given you extremely bad advice!

Are you using a florescent strip uvb and a compact coiled uvb both?
The compact uvb can and does cause eye issues and would be especially annoying for a Redfoot. But the long tube is correct.
I'm sorry but I can't read that temperature

The long one is the only one I keep on.
