I'm fairly new to this and have a juvenile red foot and yellow foot. I've done a lot of reading and this is what I came up with for food:

Chopped up dandelion, radicchio and endive as a base food.

Fruit such as strawberry, blueberry, blackberry and mango once a week in addition to the base food.

Vegetables like yellow squash and acorn squash once a week in addition to the base food.

Chicken or eggs once a week in addition to the base food.

Clover and weeds in the outdoor area...whenever outside...

I also have the calcium dust...

Is this ok? Am I doing this right or do I need a wider variety?

I would recommend feeding fruit more than just once a week.
