Hello!
I'm not an expert, however a few points:
1. I would not give baby corn, as I understand it has high starch content which is not fine.

2. I would add more greens to their diet - grape, hibiscus, mulberry leaves if available, grocery greens like kale, radicchio, arugula (rocket salad), chickory, okra (sparingly). If there is a malva (mallow) growing outside - can be given as well. Would be great to know, what's available to you to get in the shops or growing outside, then we can decide on what can be fed.

3. Once in a week or two I would add animal protein - boiled chicken meat, invertebrates, raw salmon or shrimp. Or high quality low fat cat food.

4. As of fruit - you can add mango, figs, occasional cherry tomato, melons and watermelons. Almost anything, actually.

The more variety you provide - the better.

Thanks for the list.
I have a 7 year old Redfoot. His diet consists of the following:

Daily: radicchio, sweet peppers, romaine.
2-3 times a week: strawberries, eggshell, bell pepper and a few pellets.
If he doesn't finish his food, I skip a day in the winter anyway. He is outside in a heated 12 x 4 pen.

Its not bad at all. I like to give calcium once or twice a week and a multivitamin every other week. I do give some animal protein once a month such as earth worms, mealworms, dubias etc. boiled or scrambled eggs mine seem to enjoy also as a treat( including shells crushed up)

Make sure your tortoise is kept warm enough to digest its food.
And feed every day.
You don't need such a schedule. Just always feed a variety.

I do the same. I boil whole eggs then smash them. Shell and all.
The difference is that my Redfoot live outdoors and I have no doubt that they eat every and anything that crawls, hops or flies by.
