Looks to me that there is some pyramiding going on. Plenty of sunshine, hydration, and good diet...

Looks like a slight pyramiding to me too. Just very slight. Maybe up the humidity.

Did something change in his care a few months ago?

I have recently added more humidity with a humid hide and a humidifier but before that I used to spray him like crazy everyday. I soak him twice a week.

How old is it?

Most people seem to recommend daily soaks for anything under a year old. I soak mine for 20 minutes a day (a little longer if it hasn't pooped yet).

He is probably 1 year or less. He measures 3 in. I am also starting to soak him every morning while I get ready for school.

Looks like his most recent growth is nice and smooth. His older growth is a little raised, but nothing you can do about that now.

Keep up the good work! :)

Keep us posted on his progress.

I just keep the coco coir/peat moss substrate moist in key warm areas and my humidity is pretty consistent. I also used to spray mine while in the soaking water but it doesn't seem to like it and jumps, and I don't want it associating me with being sprayed.

Maybe I'm just paranoid though...redfoots may enjoy it.
