Hi I bought reeves few months ago, 180 litre tank and he loves basking but I'm not sure about its shell, is it normal to look like this? Thank you
Looks like it may be shell rot. Not entirely sure. You want to keep the water quality as clean as possible( maybe a water change every other day) and treat the fungus to the shell. You could use a product called "turtle fix" it's on Amazon. It looks like his water is really clean, so, I'm not sure of the cause.

The water in the UK is known to be quite hard, so hard water stains could be a possibility. Try gently wiping white areas with vinegar and see if it comes off. All in all though, hard water stains usually don't have any negative effects to the turtle's health.

On the other hand, they could be retained scutes, in which case you will need to improve your basking area and lamps. Making sure that the turtle can 100% dry off and bask in both UVA and UVB rays. It can also be caused by water temperature that is too high.

Also, your reeves turtle looks really cute
