Go to the Vet, RI can be deadly to a tortoise if it goes untreated.

Find the cause. Eliminate the cause. In most cases they will get better on their own. In most cases the causes is too cool temps.

What species and age are we talking about?
Does your tortoise live alone? Stress can be a factor too. Chronic stress can weaken the immune system.
What are your four temps? Basking, warm side, cool side and night?

You can't know if it really IS a respiratory infection unless you have a test done. Stress can sometimes look like a RI. If you've determined that it truly is an infection, then Baytril is the antibiotic of choice for tortoises. It works great, however, it stings like crazy.

It's my sulcata. He's lived alone the whole time I've had him. Except I recently got two more sulcatas (one im only caring for during the cold months) about a month ago. I've heard him squeaking on and off the whole time I've had him. (a year) but I didn't think anything of it. So I don't think it's from him being stressed about the new tortoises.

during the day my room stays 75-80. And so does the cold side. The humid hide has a heat pad that stays around 80. The hot spot is 110-115 and the night temp is around 75. But he usually sleeps in his humid hide at night. (80) he spends his time basking eating and hiding in the humid hide. I never see him on the cold side. I have seen bubbles come out of his nose. But it's usually when he's wet. So is that just water?

If he doesn't get better I will try to take him to a vet. I've heard of one in my state but idk how far he is. And how much $. But it'll be worth it.

Whatever you do, take the Sulcata, that is having bubbles coming out of the nose, out from the rest of the group right away. Separate him, keep his temps up and keep a close watch on him to see if there are any changes. If he has RI he will give it to the rest of the group in no time. Scary thing. Good luck!:)

I'm not sure that it's RI. He only has bubbles when he's wet...
I looked it up and found this. It makes me less worried. But still worried.

He doesn't have many of the symptoms.

It's kinda impossible for me to build another tortoise enclosure that the moment. What should I do? I'm not going to get rid of him. My parents just won't let me have animals outside of my room and I do not have ANY room...

I found a reptile vet. I'm going to call him and see if I can go talk to him.

I would leave your basking spot as is, but bump up the temps in the rest of the enclosure around 10-15 degrees for a while and see if the bubbles stop. None of mine ever have bubbles coming from their noses whether they are wet or not, so I do think you might have a problem. How are you measuring temps? Keep the ambient around 85 day and night for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

I agree with tom bump your temps up, make sure he is eating and warm soaks. You should see improvements.

I recently got two more sulcatas

Did you quarantine these new torts for any period of time before placing them with your tort? How are their sizes in relation to one another?

Ok so you want me to load the whole set up with lights? I'm using a digital thermometer. How do I keep it 85 at night? Ceramic?

I can't turn up the temp in the room because of my frogs...

He always eats and gets a warm soak everyday.

I would if I could. But I didn't have much of a choice. They were just brought to me. They are both a little bigger than my wheezy one.

Wheezy (Mike) 4.25 inches
Luigi 5.75 in
6.75 in.

I've never seen them mess with each other.

The 6.75 in is Peach. I'm only taking care of her because my friend didn't have an indoor enclosure.. So she will be gone when it warms up
