IVE READ THAT ROSE PETALS ARE GOOD FOR SULLIES AND I HAVE ROSE PLANTS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE SO I WAS SO EXCITED UNTIL I CAME HOME AND THEY WERE DEAD...
SO I WAS WONDERING IF JUST GOING TO THE GROCERY STORE AND GETTING ROSES THEN CUTTING OFF THE PETALS AND GIVE TO THEM?
IS THAT OK? OR DOES THE STORE PUT CHEMICALS ON THEM OR ANYTHING HARMFUL?
AND WHERE DO YOU GET GRAPE LEAVES???

Do not use the roses from the grocery store, they will have some type of chemical on the to deter bugs.. That's to bad about the ones in front of your house they would have been good..

any flowers that come from any store for like presents like a florist or grocery store or liquor store they are sprayed heavily with chemicals and should not be used. My sulcata does not really like but others do my CDT on the other hand loves to prowl under my rose bushes and eat all of the ones that fall down.
