i would not recommend feeding a lot of fruits to your russian, fruits are "treats for torts. i feed my torts one little pice of fruit for them a month. your tort should have large variety in its diet. feed him/her lots of nontoxic weeds like dandelions and mallow, some lettuces, flowers, a bit of grasses. stuff like that.
You want to stay away from fruits for your guy. Sugar is not good for rt. Veggies are along the same line. I give mine squash, pumpkin, bell peppers every so often.
Few veggies and no fruit. Here is a list of good stuff:
Mulberry leaves
Grape vine leaves
Hibiscus leaves
African hibiscus leaves
Blue hibiscus leaves
Rose of Sharon leaves
Rose leaves
Geraniums
Gazanias
Lavatera
Pansies
Petunias
Hostas
Honeysuckle
Cape honeysuckle
Leaves and blooms from any squash plant, like pumpkin, cucumber, summer squash, etc...
Young spineless opuntia cactus pads
Here's another nice list- http://russiantortoise.net/edible_plants.htm
I feed my russian in the morning (a little less now, because it's winter. ish.) and he (usually) goes back and forth all day, and I'm (almost ) guaranteed to find nothing in the bowl by the time his lights go off
