runaway tortoise help

Hi, I am a new member and was wondering if anyone could help me identify this tortoise and its gender. I found it in my yard it appears to be domesticated and its foot is injured, I am taking it to a vet and was wondering what breed it is thanks.

IMHO that looks like a native Florida Bx Turtle and you should call a wildlife rehabber to help with the injury and rerelease!
