Russian dry skin?

Hey guys, it looks like my torts skin is peeling, im not sure if thats bad or good or what to even do about itt..

Skin peeling is normal.

Tortoises are reptiles and shed their skin ... unlike snakes they don't do it all in one go and can look very tatty at times.

Don't pick or pull at it; it will rub off naturally

Most reptiles shed thier skin, tortoises are reptiles.
There skin peels away peices at a time, dont worry.
You can soak your tort to resolve the issue even if that doesnt work they sell a product
called vitashell, if lubricates and moisturizes the torts shell as well as skin etc.

My tortoise had two scales flaked up at opposite sides of his head at one time. He looked like he had shrek ears
