Russian tortoise enclosure

Hi, this my enclosure for Russian tortoise.
His slate is out on the shelf there and his water dish is just down getting cleaned in this but both are usually in.


Any thoughts or tips?

That looks really nice! I am a newbie with my tort (8 mos old Hermanns) but I’ve read a lot on this forum and tried to meet the recommendations from the experts. If you haven’t seen it there is a good care sheet for temperate testudos and it gives enclosure specifications. How old is your Russian? I’m not seeing a water dish?

He’s about 3/4…. Water dish was just down in the sink getttign a clean in this pic he has a terracotta saucer for water.
