I am buying a 8 feet by 4 feet toad ranch enclosure for my 4-6 year old male russian tortise and I know that there are plenty of other posts on these topics but I just what to get the best of the best for my tortise. I what to know the best substrate,lighting,food and other enclosure decorations and hides.

In terms of UVB, there are two different lamps that are recommended as the highest quality ones. Those are Arcadia Pro T5 UVB Kit and ZooMed ReptiSun.
